Municipal Band "Princess Diana" concert coincides
with London’s, also features Vocal guitar duo "Star and
Charlie. "Candle in the Wind" with John Elton’s own new
lyrics used at Princess Diana’s funeral to be heard at Municipal
Band Concerts Sunday concerts, as part of the Concerts coinciding with
the London July 1 concert celebrating the life of Princess Diana

"Patriotic Concerts "Band will honor the Veterans
of all our armed services.
Band does July 4 musical salute for the veterans of all service
branches with Gary Cooper featured vocalist.
- Sunday, July 8, 2007
Guest performers for the concerts this Sunday will be the Citadel
Dancers and Chicago trumpet player Williams Camp performing a trumpet
solo with the band.

Sunday, July 15, 2007
Concerts will feature Brinden Brown as vocalist and a
special soprano Sax and Trumpet duet will be performed by Christopher
Keech, and William Camp.

Municipal Band features Lighthouse Chorus, Michiana’s
premiere men’s a cappella music group.
- Sunday, July 29, 2007
This week Stacie Detgen will guest conductor the
band followed by
Special guests, The Misfits, a comedy chorus from St. Joseph ,
directed by Joan Nozicka.

Tribute to fallen Outstanding Music Educator, Leonard Meretta and Dorothy
Trachte’s newly published march to be unveiled at the Municipal Band Concerts Sunday.

University Director of Wind Ensemble, and vocalist Michelle Bythrow,
who will be joined later in the program by city manager, Frank
Walsh

Final concerts of season to feature Gary Cooper

sections, percussionist Ron Hull will also be featured and a special
appearance
by the varsity and junior varsity St. Joseph High School Pom Pom
squads.

Concerts begin at 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the John E. N. Howard Band Shell in
downtown St. Joseph, Michigan.
